162 Rhymney Street  is a seven bedroom house in Cathays, specifically refurbished for Cardiff University students.

Not only is the property in a great location (close to shops, pubs, food outlets and the university) but recent tenants all tell us how pleased they have been with the house.

Each of the seven bedrooms is furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, desk/chair and chest of drawers, and was redecorated in 2024.  Each tenant can lock their own room - surprisingly not the case with all rental properties.  There are flat screen TV's in both the downstairs kitchen/lounge as well as the upstairs lounge, we're told having two separate seating areas is a great advantage when relaxing in the house or when friends call round.
