RENTAL INFORMATION

Monthly rental is £460 per person, based on seven students renting the property.

The rental period is for a 12 month period from 1st July  - 28th June.

We ask tenants to be flexible during July as we use this month for redecoration

Rental inc. all gas, electric and water bills AND a fast broadband service.

Note: Being full time University students there are no Council Tax fees to pay

A deposit payment is required.

OVERVIEW

As a private landlord, managing just this one property, we try to ensure our tenants will be delighted with the property and that unexpected issues are dealt with quickly and efficiently.

The landlord has a Rent Smart Wales licence.  (Licence No. LR-72005-39687, expires 16/06/2026)

The landlord is also a member of the National Landlords Association. (Membership No. 134577)
